step-by-step: add a chatbot to Magento site

Add the Chatbot to your Magento site in a few simple steps.

note: You can find your VirtualSpirits Chatbot HTML code in the control panel under 'add to website'.

Magento 1

1. Log in to your Magento account.

2. In your Admin Panel home screen press on "Content", then click on "Design".

3. Press on "Configuration".

4. In the Design Editor, locate the Miscellaneous HTML Text area located in the Footer section. On the text box paste your Chatbot HTML code. Then click on "Save Config".

5. Check that the chatbot appears on your site.

Magento 2

1. Log in to your Magento account.

2. In your Admin Panel home screen press on "Content", then go to the "Design" area, and click on "Configuration".

3. On the Configuration page, click on "Edit" in the Action section for the site you intend to install VirtualSpirits chatbot.

4. In the section of "Other Settings" click on "Footer". On the text box paste your Chatbot HTML code. Next, click "Save Configuration" in the upper right corner.
