Step-by-step: Perform a live chat from the chatbot (version 7)

1. Login to your chatbot account.
2. On the top menu bar, press the "Tools & Settings" button and then select "Live Chat".
3. On this page, you'll be able to watch all the conversations your chatbot is having right now.
4. New conversations will appear in this page right when a visitor starts sending messages to the chatbot
5. Do you want to take over wit Live Chat? Press the ‘Open Chat’ button to chat with the visitor yourself in real time and talk to the visitor in the new chat window that appears.
6. If the visitor writes you details to contact him later, press the ‘Add Lead’ button on the right bottom side of the screen to save it – you would be able to add all the relevant details to it.
7. Press ‘Add’ to add this visitor lead to your leads list
8. Don’t forget to finish the conversation with the visitor of your website. And then close the chat window.
