Step-by-step: change the chatbot's invitation for mobile devices (Version 7)

To change the mobile invitation of chatbot on mobile devices:

1. Login to your chatbot account.

2. On the top menu bar, press the "Tools & Settings" button.

3. Inside "Tools & Settings" page, select "Mobile".

4. Go to "Mobile Active Message" on the bottom of the page.

5. Change the default text to the sentences you want your mobile visitors to be greeted by.

6. Press the "Save Changes" button.

7. Check out the new message on your mobile website! If it doesn’t appear right away, clear your mobile browser history and cache, then reload.
